奥迪A8 （ Audi A8 ）是由德国奥迪汽车生产的一款標準豪華轎車，也是奥迪品牌中的顶级车型，其主要竞争对手为BMW 7系列、梅赛德斯-奔驰S级、凌志LS、豐田皇冠、本田里程、日產Fuga和積架XJ等。同級車中最早採用輕量化全鋁合金車身，並有多款引擎可搭配四輪驅動提供給重視操控性或寒帶常下雪地區的車主選擇。現時德國本身的政界要人最常用的座駕便是奥迪A8，有些國家也選用為元首座車。1996年奧迪又生產了A8的升級版奧迪S8。
